- received the Herbert Welker Award for scholarship, leadership and sportsmanship in 1995
- Asst coach at Hobart from 2000-2001 under Rattler head Coach BJ O’Hara
- 2005 head coach at the University of Hartford
- in 2008, he helped the Rochester Rattlers to their first Major League Lacrosse title and was named the Playoff MVP
- won a silver medal with Team USA at the 2006 World Lacrosse Championships in London, Ontario
- completed a storied college career at the University of Maryland and was a four-time All-American and the 2006 recipient of the Jack Turnbull Memorial Award as the Attackman of the Year
- he is Maryland's all-time leader in points and goals with 227 and 153, respectfully
- face-off specialist for the San Fransisco Dragons
- played college lacrosse at Penn State and was captain in his senior season
- in 2005, he was named team MVP at Penn State
- he is the only player/general manger in the history of the NLL
- an original member of the Knighthawks
- Rochester’s all-time leader in penalty minutes (363), loose balls (914) and games played (181)
- won three Unsung Hero awards as a Knighthawk (1995-97) and earned the Connors & Ferris Comeback Player of the Year twice
- current Pittsford High School Varsity Coach

- 3 time All- American at the Universty of Maryland
