- in 1999 he earned Brine/College Lacrosse USA Division I Player of the Year honors and was awarded the USILA Turnball Award as National Attackman of the Year
- he played for Team Canada at the 2006 World Field Lacrosse Championships and was named Attackman of the Games
- current face-off specialist for the San Fransisco Dragons
- played college lacrosse at Penn State and was captain in his senior season
- in 2005, he was named team MVP at Penn State
- played two seasons with the Rochester Knighthawks
- played for Italy 2006 World Championships and Finished 2nd in the World in Goals
- attended RIT playing Hockey and Lacrosse
- ranks 10th All time in scoring at RIT

- 3 time All- American at the Universty of Maryland
